By accessing and using the Biosphere Hotels website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates shown are per room per night unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Biosphere Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence. We recommend guests secure appropriate travel insurance.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
